Shiraz

  An upfront nose of blackberry and blackcurrant, underbuilt by savoury, meaty
characters, complemented by earthy, spicy and violet tones. The palate shows clean fruit, with
spicy, meaty characters. It has a firm, medium-bodied structure with a lingering finish.
Matured in 225L French barriques for 24 months. Pairs well with roast leg of lamb, spareribs,
Osso Bucco and blue or hard cheeses. Serve at 16°-18°C.

Chardonnay

A complex nose leads with citrus, lemontree flower, white peach and fresh
coconut complemented with a floral tone that underscores its minerality. The zesty palate is
softened by lees contact, leading to a lingering finish. This wine will complement rich fish
dishes such as sashimi or shellfish. It works well with seared foie gras, complex salads and
most cheeses. Serve at 10°-14°C.
 

cabernet SaUvignon

Rich dark ruby red with vibrant blackcurrant and cherries on the nose.
Layered jasmine, black cherries and herbal notes develop in the glass. Refined tannins thanks
to 16 months aging in 300L French oak barrels. Lovely with roast leg of lamb and rosemary,
slow-braised beef and basil, Portabello mushrooms, or hard aged cheeses. Serve at 16° – 18°C.

natural sweet white

Light yellow hue. Sweet Viognier with stone fruit and hints of lilies on
the nose plus lemon-lime zest with quince aromas. Full mouth-feel with stewed fruit on long
finish. Perfect on its own or enjoy with shellfish, roasted chicken, spicy Thai dishes and Brie
cheese. Serve at 10°- 12⁰C.

merlot

 Dark red with ripe berry bouquet. Velvety texture with cassis, blackberries and
eucalyptus. Plums on complex finish. Aged in French oak barrels for 20 months. Perfect with
roast pork, lamb and garlic, turkey and tarragon or blue cheese. Serve at 16-18° C

sparkling white brut

Bright yellow colour with lively bubbles. Dried herbs and citrus tones on
the nose. Full, fresh, fruity flavours on the palate with hints of yellow apple. Great for brunch.
Pairs well with soft cheeses and fresh salad. Serve at 10° C.
